The study regarding dietary fiber and it’s benefits (reviews and meta-analyses) published this week in the Lancet (overview here) has been used to beat up on the low carb/keto/Paleo/Primal crowds, however those critics might want to re-read the disclaimer (the paragraph beginning with “Commenting on the implications and limitations of the study…” More to come when I can get my hands on the actual study (it’s behind an expensive paywall).
